NOTE:  Items below ending with an * may require a username & password.  Don't worry, if you are an existing client we have already created a username & password for you and it's easy to remember.  Just follow the instructions outlined below.  If you are a new client or are having trouble logging in, simply reach out to us and we will assist you.

USERNAME:

Your username is the first 4 letters of your last name, followed by a ".", and the first 4 letters of your first name.    

* So for example: client John Smith would have a username of "Smit.John".

PASSWORD:

Your password is the first 4 letters of your last name and the last 4 digits of your SS#.    

* So for example: client John Smith with SS# XXX - XX - 1234 would have a default password of "Smit1234".
